Hi I’m Dianne!
certified Tantra coach and creator of the Shakti Core® Method, is my unique coaching framework born out of my own healing journey.
I love helping women embody their inner Goddess. I spent far too many years disconnected to mine. At midlife I got a huge wake up call from Shakti and had a complete sexual and spiritual rebirth at menopause.
I hit menopause at 40… or it hit me like a freight train. I was a mess. Physically, emotionally and spiritually. Pelvic floor issues. Emotional roller coaster rides. Feeling like I’d lost the plot on my life.
Yet deep down inside I knew that I was just getting started… I knew there had to be more.
What was I missing?
Meditation helped…a bit.
Yoga helped…a bit.
Pilates helped…a bit.
But there was still a huge piece I was missing.
I didn’t know it at the time but I was receiving a wake up call from Shakti.
It was time to claim my Deep Feminine.
I did.
And it changed my life.
I found that there is more. So much more!

Yes, while I highly encourage live attendance when possible we do record all of the live sessions and content for your convenience.

If you’ve experienced acute sexual trauma, and have not yet sought therapeutic support, I’d recommend starting there. Many of these practices, if not all of them, address trauma and sexual healing from a somatic perspective. But receiving support from a qualified psychotherapist can be really helpful, and an important first step. Although I’m a trauma-aware coach, and have a lot of training in trauma release and integration, and continue to educate myself, I’m not a licensed therapist.
